Free to move and breathe

How long have you been sitting in the same place today? Maybe an hour, two hours, or even you have forgotten how much time you spent sitting still today.

It could be because of work that requires us to spend more than half of our day just staring at the screen and trying to complete all the tasks that are close to the deadline.

Can you remember the last time you moved freely and took deep breaths in the clear air? It is likely that not many of us remember the last time we ran or walked freely without being glued to our cell phones or other electronic devices. Somehow sometimes it's so hard to let ourselves really enjoy the moment and every air we breathe and exhale.

No time. It seems like this is always the ultimate excuse for us, an excuse that we always use when we are reminded to take a break and give stretches that our bodies have been waiting for, which we have been forcing for a long time to continue to function optimally when it is actually difficult to endure.

Even so, every step that we have successfully taken and which we will take tomorrow we still need to appreciate and be grateful for. If we often force ourselves to keep running and fight for all the demands and hopes that are attached to us. What if once in a while we force ourselves to rest for a moment and interact with nature. For a few hours is actually enough.

For some people, even finding time to rest is a struggle in itself. So, if all this time you have been struggling to meet all external deadlines and targets, how about at least this time we also strive for some rest for our own minds and bodies.

If all this time you have been struggling to meet all external deadlines and targets, how about at least this time we also fight for some rest for our own minds and bodies.

The world will continue even though we rest. There is no need to be afraid of being left behind, because after all we have managed to survive and continue to adapt to life so far. That is one proof that maybe basically humans will always be able to adapt to whatever situation is happening. There are many good things that we can actually get by isolating ourselves for a moment with all the hustle and bustle that is happening in the world.

When taking a morning walk around the house, for example, who would have thought that maybe a lot of things had changed. New shops have appeared that you may not have had the chance to see because they are always busy replying to messages when going to and from work. We change very quickly, and so does the environment in which we live.

If it's been a full week we've been crammed physically and mentally, how about this weekend at least we try to move freely and take a breath for a while, as well as recharge our energy to make sure we keep functioning properly and most importantly still being able to find things good things happening all around us.
