Dare To Live Right
Being righteous is not always lucky. Often, people actually become stumped.
Good people don't always get good from their world. Just like, bad people won't always get evil in return.v
Honest people are not automatically saved. On the other hand, dishonest people do not automatically get evil.
However, good people don't automatically get bad, just as bad people don't automatically get good. There is uncertainty that makes us always feel suffocated.
In the midst of bad people, how dare we be good people? Dare we tell the truth, when everyone is forcing us to say the opposite?
Truth and Deal
Truth is what a group considers to be true. Truth is what the group agrees to be truth, no matter, whether it is reasonable or unreasonable.
If you say the truth in the midst of people who say it is wrong, then you are the one who said it was wrong. If you are a sane person among madmen, then you are the problem.
This kind of perspective is dangerous. We must realize that the truth is broader than what comes out of agreement in the form of discourse.
If we still believe that the truth is in the group, then we are not aware of the influence of power. Believing what the group says simply means we surrender our freedom to stupidity.
Truth is subjective
Soren Kierkegaard, a Danish philosopher, teaches us something. For him, the truth always lies within, and not outside.
Of course, there are degrees of truth. At the political level, truth always presupposes a group of people coming to an agreement. However, at the highest level, truth is always an individual's belief in life.
At the deepest level in human life, truth is subjective what a person believes in his life. It transcends the categories of good and bad, social and individual, and reaches the deepest levels of human existence.
Religious people call it faith, while existential thinkers will call it authentic truth: truth that applies to me. It is this authentic truth that will ultimately liberate humans from bondage.
Maintaining existence
Everyone needs personality. It is that personality that characterizes him as a human being in life.
Often, the personality is lost in the discourse. Discourse is shaped by humans and often at the same time dictates to him.
In that situation, everyone needs to assert himself. He needs to state that this is what I believe to be the truth, and nothing else.
People need to be quiet from what the group says, and listen to their hearts. People need to be quiet from what the social world says, and look deep into themselves.
Only then can one arrive at the truth. A truth that only needs one thing to make it happen: courage.
