Time doesn't last forever

It's a common human inclination, but if you don't stand up for what you believe in, you may find yourself living under a fake veiled identity, constantly trying to satisfy others at the price of your own pleasure
Take care of your body
Do you consume a balanced diet? Do you get enough rest? and workout on a regular basis?
Remember that you only have one body, and your early years and habits determine how your health will develop and change in the future. Do you drink a full glass of water with each meal? Do you go for a run or work out? Why don't you try sleeping for eight hours every night? Build your healthy habits now so that when you're 70, you'll be glad you're still healthy.
Don't be too tough on yourself
It can be distressing to talk badly about yourself making mistakes, especially if your mistake has had a detrimental influence on others. During these times, you may find yourself thinking poorly about yourself, labeling yourself a failure, dumb, or stupid. However, if you keep beating yourself up, you'll train your mind to accept pessimism as the norm.
A self-defeating mindset can lower motivation, increase feelings of helplessness, and even lead to despair.
Building strong relationships
Do you find it difficult to open yourself even to your closest friends? People who have positive relationships with family, friends, and loved ones have less health problems as they get older and also feel more fulfilled. Having true ties with people is one of the most essential things in life. Whether you find your circle at school or at work, cultivating a great social life can have an impact on how your life unfolds.
Life throws curveballs
Have you ever waited for something wonderful to happen just for life to rob you of it, no matter how prepared you were? Sometimes plans don't go as planned due to events beyond your control, and you're left to react to them. Material goods don't bring your life joy
