Is exercise really works to burnout fats? Now a days, People over weight for several reason. For example, muscle weight, bone density, fats etc. Muscle weight and bone density is good but fats is really bad for health. People want to burnout fats and gain muscle mass. If you talk with a well-qualified doctor or scientist, you will know that besides running, biking muscle building is so much important. People have some miscisconcept about muscle building. Many people think that muscle building means a complete body builder like Arnold Schwarzenegger. But it’s a very big false concept. Muscle mass means the weight of your body. There are many health benefits of muscle gain. Now a day many doctor and scientist told that type-2 diabetes easily controlled by exercise. What is type-2 diabetes? Type-2 diabetes most common diabetes. It’s a disease when you blood sugar is too high. Blood sugar is the main energy source of our body. When our boy has lots of active cells and less fats, then when we eat sugar and our body absorbed it directly. It’s help us to maintain our type-2 diabetes. Many doctor and scientist advised that every people even those people are age 75 or more should go through a strength training that’s means some exercise for muscle gain. Maybe some of us know about autophagy. Autophagy is a renewal process, by this process our body clean out dead cell and make cover of this amount of cell. It’s a recycling process. In human body contain 37,00,00,000 cells. This cells died and grow up again by the recycling process. Almighty gives us brain. And its work maintains our body well performance. In the early age of life when one cell is dead 3 or 4 cell can regenerate from this cell. When we came into a mature age then one cell dead one cell regenerate. But in old age if our 10 body cell dead then only 7 or 8 cells are regenerate. Autophagy process is getting slower day by day. To make fast autophagy process is people need to exercise regularly.
