Eggs are eaten in many ways. Fried, poached, boiled, roasted - these are the familiar recipes for eggs. You can cook something different to change the taste without eating the same thing all the time. Here is a recipe for steamed egg curry-
Materials:
8 eggs
4 small potatoes (cut into squares)
1 tomato medium size
Crush 2 onions
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
The amount of oil
1 whole dried chilli
1/4 teaspoon hot spice powder.
Method:
First break the eggs and beat them well with the same amount of salt and a little turmeric. Then put a little oil in a tiffin box and pour the egg batter in it and close the lid. Put the pan in the oven, put a stand in it with a little water, put the tiffin box on it and boil the eggs on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Then when it is cold, turn it around with a knife and take out the egg. Then you have to cut it as you wish with a knife.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg pieces a little. Potatoes should also be kept fried. Now fry the dried chillies in a pan with adequate amount of oil and fry them with a little red onion. Now mix the tomato paste, salt and turmeric a little and add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, chilli powder and coriander powder.
Once the spices are added, add a little more fried potatoes and cover with adequate amount of water and cook. Once the potatoes are cooked, add the fried egg pieces and hot spice powder and cook for another five minutes. When the broth is spread on the skin, take down the coriander leaves and make a steamed egg curry.
