On a rainy afternoon, the mind may want to eat something fried. But food bought from outside may not always be healthy. So try to make it at home. You can make beef samucha on such a day. Let's know the recipe-
Materials:
Minced beef - 2 cups
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Hot spice powder - 1 pinch
Black pepper powder - half a teaspoon
Crushed green chillies - 2 teaspoons
Onion crumbs - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Oil - 2 cups.
What it takes to create a dough:
Flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
As much as it takes to water.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients except minced onion, mint leaves, green chillies and put them in the oven and cover and keep on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the lid and increase the heat of the stove. Stir in the onion, mint and green chillies for a while.
Now mix the flour with salt and a little water and make it like ordinary bread. Make small balls out of this dough and make bread out of it. Sprinkle a little flour on the bread. Now put a little oil on the bread and press it with another loaf of bread. Add flour, oil and another loaf of bread. In this way, take all the bread together and sand it again.
Now lightly fry the bread from side to side in a nonstick pan. Make sure that the normal bread does not become like frying, so that the raw feeling remains. Now cut the bread in half along the length. Cut the other side in the same way. Each piece of bread will have a triangular shape.
Now very carefully separate all the breads separately. Now take one part at a time and fold it like a drink nail and fill the inside with kimmer pur and stick the extra part with flour ball (mixed with flour water). Finally fry in hot oil and serve with delicious beef samucha.
