Junk food nearly equilibrium to most of the fast foods....

They r appetizin... But really harmful for health...

If you want to loose your weight the first thing you have to do is avoid junk food... Then you can go further...

It cointains lots of cholesterol which is unbearable for our body... Then it becomes to store in body then we gain weight...

The mayonise,soya sauce, ketchup other things use in it also not so good for health....

Most of the junk foods are burger, pizza, pazta, dumplings, chowmin, shakes etc...

Try to avoid these foods...

And stay healthy.. Stay fit...
