Materials-
Take half a kg of mug, masakalai dal, lentil dal and polao rice. The amount of one cup. Grind some of these in a blender or pan.
Cut the chicken into small pieces of 1 to 1.5 kg
Grate 4 onions
2 tablespoons onion paste
Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Mix 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon hot spice powder
2 teaspoons of cumin powder
2 teaspoons of coriander powder
Coriander leaves crushed
Ginger powder
Half a cup of oil
Salt
Method-
First, mix all the spices with the chicken and marinate for half an hour. This time I boiled a little water for 20 minutes by stirring the chicken pieces smeared with oil in a big pot. When the oil rises to the top, you will realize that it is done. Now stir all the powdered pulses and wheat mixture in it and add 5 cups of hot water. Mix the pulses well with water and spices. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Be sure to shake occasionally. As it thickens, the oil will rise to the top. Put coriander leaves on top of halim and serve with green chillies and barista.
