Its the Stop icon, its like telling us something to pause for a while . Press that icon and it will bring us to the explore interface which we can see some good contents that we missed because we are not subscribed to that great vontents creator.

A "raising hand" gesture i guess. We are using it for people to notice us when we want to say something. For noise telling us to click the hand like" waving to us" saying " here my friend is the right way and place" come and join other users in a room full of interesting people.
