What is leukemia? White blood, also known as acute leukemia, is a type of blood cancer in which white blood cells develop abnormalities. White blood cells are cells that are resistant to infections. For people with leukemia, white blood cells do the opposite of that ability, making the body more susceptible to infections than the average person.

Classification of acute leukemia types Leukemia includes 2 groups of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL). In addition, there are a number of other rare white blood cells. Another way of dividing is based on the age of the sufferer: more specifically, the sub-16 years old, over 16 years old and over 60 years old.

Myeloid leukocytes Currently, myeloid BCC is divided into 8 different categories based on the growth of blood cancer cells from M0-M7. This form is more common in adults than children, mainly men. The disease progresses rapidly with manifestations such as fever, shortness of breath, and pain in the joints. The cause of the disease may be due to exposure to radiation, chemicals, ...

The main treatment used in white blood patients is chemotherapy. In some cases, bone marrow transplantation can be used.
