Insomnia a growing disorder

Insomnia is also known as sleeplessness.

The person who finds difficulty to sleep struggling with his emotions, facing anxiety and depression face this disorder. It is not necessary that the people who are dwelling in depression are facing this disorder there are different types of insomnia.

  • Acute insomnia

  • Chronic insomnia

  • Onset insomnia

  • Maintenance insomnia

  • Behavioural insomnia

Acute insomnia :-

Acute insomnia is a short term insomnia. It never lasts for long time span for example acute insomnia lasts for three weeks and after it a person feel better.

Chronic insomnia :

Chronic means " long term" so it is long term insomnia which lasts for months.

In long term insomnia , a person feel irritation and he find difficulty in falling asleep or he remain in sleep after hours of having sleep. Waking too early and then finding difficulty in falling back to sleep.

Onset insomnia:-

Onset insomnia is linked with caffeine intake and other drugs like this which stimulate our mind in a different and way. There are so many drink who contains high dosage of caffeine . By intake of these drugs we can sleep easily.

Maintenance insomnia :-

When a person could not manage the time of sleep and wake up. It is known as maintenance insomnia. This type of insomnia is found in many people.

Behavioural insomnia :

This type of insomnia is mostly common in child. You sometimes have observed this " kids remain reluctant to go bed because they want to play and they want to carry on some other activities. This is common even in young generation because we all want to keep in touch with our smart phone. Mobile is ruining our future and it is effecting our goals although we are considering that we are just using it for fifteen minutes but we don't think that we are prolonging our activity to hours.

We can solve this problem by taking little steps and by changing our behaviour towards sleep.

Closing thoughts :

Insomnia is not normal and we should not categorized it in normal we should ponder about it and should be very careful about it. There are so many people who are struggling with this disorder . Today I was talking to friend, she was sharing the experience about insomnia. First , I was thinking that I am struggling with all this frustration later, I feel " no " she is going through with all this phase. She has something in her heart also she don't know what is there. it's a strange feeling. She was trying to explain but she was not exactly finding the right words. I hope that she will recover. We don't know with which condition she is going through.

I have a insomnia my friend. Sometimes it was already morning but still I couldn't sleep. It's really hard having an insomnia. You had always a trouble during sleeping time.

Insomnia really is a painful experience to endure, of late I am having insomnia but its been only like two days but still I can assure you its a very stressful experience.

Indeed, one of the reason we got insomnia is because we wanna keep attached with our activities though it is already late, until we get used to it. It's bad indeed, because we also need to have enough rest and sleep to recharge our body.
