Is Taking Risk a Good thing to do?

Sometimes i do realize that in living in a world thats full of surprizes and unexpected happenings, we need to be more creative and submissive enough to take risks either that will result a good or bad effects on us.. Why? Simple because when you decide to take risk it means your strong enough to accept what might happen to it.. Example in investing, there is always ups and downs on it. Maybe i will just say it that investment is a gambling process.. In order for you to achhieve someting you need to take risk rather not doing something about it.. Another thing in making a choice or decision in life best way to do it is to take risks always rather letting it to go away cause in life opportunities comes once in a life time only so take risk to grab that opportunity..
