Hello everyone..Today I would like to share about the benefits of apple cider vinegar which plays an important role in loosing weight...It will be helpful for one who really wants to loss weight and remain healthy..

BENEFITS:

Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits like they have a antimicrobial and antioxidant effects,which is very important for our body .It also helps to -

1)Loss weight.

2)Reduces Blood cholesterol ,which will keep the heart , liver and many other organs healthy .

3)Reduces blood sugar level

So, Decrease risk of Diabetes .

4)Increase gut metabolism .

5)Suppress fat accumulation .

6)Keeps stomach full for longer period of time.

7)Reduce gastric problem.

MECHANISM OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN LOSSING WEIGHT:

Vinegar contain Acetic acid that is made by fermenting any carbohydrate sources .This Acetic Acid has linked with several health benefits and as well as it gives the vinegar a sour taste.

Acetic acid is a short chain fatty acid which is produced by the good bacteria in out Gut.Whenever we eat fiber rich foods like many vegetables contain huge amount of fiber, out gut ferments the fiber in our colon and produce the acetic acid.When the amount of short chain fatty acid like acetic acid increases in our body ,our body started burning fat.

On the other hand,Acetic acid helps to suppress body fat through a process called inhibition of lipogenesis(fat storage).It means vinegar blocks the ability of certain enzyme to create fatty acids in our body.

According to many research, Acetic acid regulates fat metabolism by increasing rate of burning fat while decreasing Fat storage.

WAY OF USING VINEGAR:

1-2 Tablespoon of apple Cider vinegar mixed with water or you can add in the salat .

As vinegar is one kind of acid so it is important to dilute with water before intake ,should avoid taking directly.

IT is better to start with one tablespoon then later on increases to 2 tablespoons If you dont notice any side effect..You can take it in empty stomach.

SIDE EFFECTS:

We all know excess of anything is not good for health..Everything will have some side effect if you intake excess amount of it. LIKE this Apple cider vinegar has also some side effect, like:

1)Throat Burn.

2)Delayed stomach emptying .

3)Sometimes burning sensation in stomach .

4)Drug interactions etc.
