Who doesn't want to be successful in life. Everyone wants to be successful in their own lives. But sadly, many of them are ignorant of the basics of success. There is a lot of talk about success from a materialist or secular point of view, but there is hardly any discussion of success from a religious point of view. The present article discusses the source of success in breaking that taboo from a religious point of view.

Ways to know the source of success in religious background:

Biographical study: The great being who determines the success or failure of man has his own principles in governing this world. He does not usually change his policy. What qualities did God make successful in the world? Making someone successful is part of his world management policy? Those qualities are common in the lives of successful people. It is possible to make a list of those qualities by studying the biographies of successful people. So those who want to be successful should study the biographies of the most successful people. Those who are successful in this world and in the hereafter, their biography is more instructive. That is why one should acquire the most knowledge about the biographies of the prophets. Then there are the life stories of countless Muslim scholars including Sahaba Keram and later Muhaddith, Mufassir, Faqbih. Biographies of great people like them are the way to go. Five times a day, in Surah Al-Fatihah, we pray for the guidance of those who have been blessed by God Almighty. It is not possible to follow the path of those who have the grace of Allah Almighty without knowing their biography. In the Holy Qur'an, Allah has discussed the biographies of His Prophets in many verses in many Surahs. He wanted to teach the human race with the biographies of his prophets. So there is no substitute for reading the biographies of successful people to learn the formulas for success. That is why Allah the Almighty said, "So tell them their stories so that they may reflect" (A'raf, 17).

Rules of Allah and His Messenger (sm):

People think that Islamic law is just to get paradise, it has no benefit in the world. Not only that, many times religion is seen as an obstacle in the way of earning world. Which is basically nestled in our brains from materialist thought. This mentality is the product of secularist thinking of confining religion to the four walls of a mosque. But God Almighty has promised,

‘Allah Almighty has promised to give those who believe and do righteous deeds the same power as before and to establish the religion’ (Noor, 55). Elsewhere Allah says, ‘And if the people of the city believe in Allah Almighty and fear Him, then We will open for them all the doors of the blessings of the heavens and the earth’ (A’raf, 98).

If one wants to be successful in the world, then the easiest way for him is to follow all the rules and regulations of Islam with his eyes closed. The commandments of Islam will enrich his personal and family life no matter what level of responsibility he is or what profession he is in. Paradise will make his world. Success will kiss her feet.

Some basic keys to success:

Having mentioned two common ways to know the source of success, we will now discuss some of the basic principles that are observed in the lives of most successful people and which contain the essence of all the provisions of the rules of Islam.

1. Value of time: People do not live anywhere; In the time people live. We do not live in Bogra-Rajshahi or Bangladesh-Saudi Arabia. Basically this time from our birth to our death is our place of residence. At this time we can be wherever we want on earth. As many people as have gone on earth, they have lived in time. As time went on, they also left. Again those who have time, they have come into the world. Mecca is still Mecca, Kaaba is still Kaaba; Only those who have planted Mecca and the Ka'bah from Ibrahim (a.s.) to Muhammad (sm) to this day, have all come and gone in time. In this way, human life has disappeared in the womb of time. So life is basically the name of time.

Almighty Allah gives 24 hours time to all the people of the world irrespective of rich-poor, cobbler-meth. How each person uses his time determines his future identity. That is why the great God said,

‘By the time! Surely all mankind are in loss. Only those who admonish one another about truth and patience are not at a loss' (Surah Asr).

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): He said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

2. Time Management: The word time management literally means to control time. But time can never be controlled. Control here means making the best use of time. There are some strategies that can be used to make the most of your time. Many new techniques of time management are being taught from a secular point of view. New apps are being discovered for time management. People are doing research on time management. Here are some time management strategies:

(A) To make daily to-do list before going to bed the night before. As a result, the subconscious mind imagines those things at night.

(B) Make a list of the tasks that waste the most time, and discard them.

(C) To control the use of social media.

(D) Not using Facebook / YouTube before waking up in the morning and going to bed at night. Set aside time to use social media. Not to be used outside of that time.

(E) To keep a specific and separate time for each task.

(F) To take note of any urgent work that comes to mind.

(G) Use a good app like Pocket Note or 'Keep Note' on your mobile to make notes.

(H) Trying to do all the work that can be done by someone else, not by yourself.

(I) Dividing the day's tasks is very important, less important, even if it is not done in this way and doing the things that are very important at the beginning of the day.

(J) Understand the difference between important and urgent. If the work is not important, then no matter how urgent he is not to work. It's urgent as the phone rings; But not important. So if you are busy with something more important than holding an urgent phone, that important work should be given priority.

Salat in Time Management: We have said from the beginning that the rules and regulations of Islam are extremely useful for our worldly success. Salat is the essence of all the rules and regulations of Islam. Five salats and one month of fasting is enough for a poor person to go to paradise. Even if he does nothing else, he can go to Paradise without giving even one rak'at of sunnat-nafl or donating one taka of chadakbah. How important is this five time salat alone. As important as it is difficult. Performing salat five times in 24 hours with Jamaat is a big challenge. Even if one day is possible, the second day is not possible. The 2nd day is possible but the next day is not possible. That is why the Messenger of Allah (sm) said,

‘Whoever performs salat in congregation with tahreema in takbeer for 40 consecutive days, he is freed from hell and hypocrites’.

No matter how many strategies we adopt in time management, no matter how much we invent intelligence, no one will ever be able to invent a strategy greater than performing five salats. To make the best use of time, the most effective strategy on the ground below the sky is to perform five salats on time. For those who can't perform regular five salats, their life is very messy. They have no routine of waking up; Sometimes at 8 in the morning and sometimes at 10, and when it is a holiday, I wake up at noon. As soon as they wake up, they have to run for work. They get no time for themselves in the morning. Esha and Maghrib spend their leisure time on their way back from work due to not performing salat. They do not have a specific time to sleep. Thus, due to the absence of salat, they lose five milestones or alarms from their lives as time reminders. As a result, they do not know how to turn night into morning, they cannot use the day properly.

On the other hand, those who perform salat five times, all their work revolves around salat. Five times salat is like five alarms for them. Opportunity to think about new work five times a day. Tonic of jumping with new work target after each salat with new enthusiasm till the next salat. Salat five times is like an opportunity to refresh oneself by performing ablution five times in a working day. An opportunity to calm the mind and rest the body by bowing one's head in the court of Allah five times. In a word, there is no substitute for five times salat to make a productive person capable of using time very well.

3. Morning Magic: Hal Allard, a non-Muslim author, has written a book on morning magic. Most successful people in the world today have succeeded in using the magic of the morning. They become non-Muslims in their personal lives but wake up during Fajr salat. Just to use the magic of the morning. Like Bill Gates wakes up at four in the morning. Mark Zuckerberg wakes up just before six in the morning. The sun rises in the morning, the flowers bloom in the morning. If you can't get up before the sun shines, the light will never shine in your life. People have been enlightened forever by the light of the sun. Those who see the light of the sun, pull the curtains on the windows, close the doors, cover the blankets and create artificial darkness and sleep, their life is always dark.

All the names given by Allah Almighty in Arabic in the morning have the following meanings:

That is, those who want to be enlightened in life, want to shine, want to blossom, they have to use the morning. That is why it has been mentioned in the Hadith,

Narrated from Chakhar Al-Ghamdi (RA), he said that the Prophet (sm) said, ‘O Allah! Bless you morning for my ummah! Chakhar al-Ghamdi further said that whenever the Prophet (sm) used to send an army, he used to send it in the morning. Chhakhar (ra) used to start his business in the morning following the Messenger of Allah (sm). As a result, his business is blessed and his wealth increases.

Sad but true is the fact that a group of musalli is accustomed to the luxury of going back to sleep after performing Fajr salat. First of all, this luxury of going back to sleep after performing salat compels one to leave Fajr salat for a while. Second, deprive them of the blessings of the morning.
