One of the reasons why I love to use the internet blogging platforms, TikTok, etc. is because you will realize that the world is bigger than you think. You will see what's happening in the other parts of the world, just when you thought the place where you live was the only world that existed but you will realize there's more than this.

That's what I loved about noise. I got to know so many exciting things about the Philippines. Before that I knew that there is a country called Philippines but that was it. It's so far away that you barely hear about it on the German news. And you can also meet people from all over the world who you would never have met without the internet and social media.
Yeah. That's why I'm also getting addicted using the Tiktok app, without it I would never know how modern China looks like today due to censorship. I would never know China is now futuristic. Amazing right? I also have different internet friends from different platforms but wasn't able to reconnect with them again, and they never know my identity.
That's true!! When I see pictures at night from some Chinese cities like Shenzhen it looks so futuristic. Like out of a video game or movie... One day I want to visit China for a vacation.
That's true! If you are a fan of sci-fi or have watched Blade Runner, this would be very exciting to you. Someday I'll visit China too, I was scared of this country bcs of how it was being portrayed in the media but this country is living the future. There are a lot of things the Chinese government is doing that are scary and absolutely not okay. And only a few of these big cities look futuristic like that. But this doesn't mean that it's not a super interesting and beautiful country. And there is a reason why the USA is putting punitive tariffs against goods from China. They are scared that China could surpass them as a new world leading super power, because China is catching up fast.
I believe that. In fact, the Philippines is becoming a China town, and we are called "China's province." They like to put different companies in different parts of the world. We are really in trouble with China due to the territorial dispute about the West Philippine Sea that they claimed to be the South China Sea. If things get really bad, we are nothing compared to their weapons and military, but the US will protect us. Edit: One of our islands, "Palawan," used to be geographically part of China since ancient times when the Philippines did not yet appear.
I have read about that. China is strategically placing people with connections to the CCP into important positions to gain influence. And they also aggressively approaching the Philippines with military "operations"... It must be scary... I think recently for the first time the German minister of defense visited the Philippines in order to discuss a defence cooperation. There will be countries like the USA, Japan or Germany that will help when the Philippines are in danger.
I can't honestly imagine if that day will happen 😂
