Instilling The Entrepreneurial Spirit In Young Minds

I am excited to share you a sample story of how we can help and instill the prospering attitude and mindset to our younger generations.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Some says this quote is a chinese, some says it it a british one. Either way, I am excited to instill and plant the "Entrepreneurial Spirit" in the young minds. If they are called in this fate aside from working because this will also help them in being a parent or adult someday, then as early as now, it's better to teach them how to fish after we feed & gave them fishes.

Who knows they will be the next owner of online stores like amazon or shopee (a Filipino digital store) or giant malls in which we later enjoy or that will provide and serve jobs to those who are in need in this land.

Being an entrepreneur is a skill I admire from those who has and developed it, they know how to sell and are passionately doing it, big or small businesses, whether it is their excellent services, contents or products, wherever and in whatever situations.

We are resilience even in times of famine, we stand strong and like a master entrepreneur, we still thrive in a surviving economy that supply the demands, or must I say, create the good supplies so as to provide solutions to consumers or customer's concerns/problems.

I have posted this in noise.cash before, we had fun telling stories and chatting there because I've addressed this to a kid and her name do started with letter B. I told them (she & her siblings) this is your Bag of Big Blessings (actually the B in this bag stands for Bench brand here in Philippines) and her nickname also means B-buy 😁.

These are some of their personal stuffs to use too especially that cold weather is here and school time will start so soon in their place, face to face (come to think of it, we're going back to no shield/no masks again! Cheer up world we're almost there, hold on dear ones).

We've blessed the kiddos and gave some fishes so the family can survive. We were planning to lend them few stuffs so they can offer it to the neigborhood and we were surprise that they already have what we're wishing for, aside from sea resources to earn, they are already selling at home and the goods we will send will help their mini store and add up to their stocks!

Life in the province is somewhat hard if there is storm or bad weather or if they don't have tools to continue earning and because they don't have several sources of income, we decided to let them have more ways on "how to fish", if these kids are called to become businessmen or entrepreneurs someday then they will experience the good way of selling & bargaining now in their early up to old ages.

There are people who are ready to help us in our conditions esp. the less fortunate, even the government have different programs to assist when we need it, but waiting all the time with no actions on our end (not just them) will also not solve our lack or weaknesses and it will not push us to level 2 of having a good life if we are dreaming to have it.

I believe that there is a skill given to us by the Lord, planted in each and everyone so we can change our lifestyle and live victoriously here on earth.

The seed of grace and knowing how to sell and fish, the seed of mutiplication, the seed of creativity and prosperity are inside us waiting to be revealed and use.

Sometimes fear may pull us to back out in our wishes and life goals. It's undeniable, let's be honest, even us, it crippled you and I many times but it doesn't have to make us victims forever, we may experience it twice, thrice or more but we have to flush or cast it away and meditate to what's possible.

If you wish others to be bless, might as well bless them to have a thriving livelihood, help is not a curse, be it small or huge, those are treasured legacy that the young minds will always remember. Seeing others prosper in a good way makes our hearts melt and it inspired us to create more of such scenarious.

Wishing others well open our hearts to the blessings we haven't notice before. Yes it is a fact that when we feel insufficiency or unfavored, two of the best ways to overcome it is to thank and then give to others. Sometimes the blessings we overlook are the things others do wish for, let us not forget to count and be grateful for what we have now too.

Training the young minds on how to create their own economy and improve themselves will not only feed them for a day but for a lifetime. This will bless them and the next of their family and kinds.

We wish the kids to have happy childhood memories and still prepare them for a better future. If not as workers, some of our children today will soon be owners of the best-service or good providers companies.

Just because they are struggling right now, doesn't mean they will stay that way forever. It mustn't be. They, with teachers and coaches' guidance along the way are the ones who will change their lives, a decision that can be instill in their young Spirit.

Let's believe and have faith in them.

We can extend help and may it gives us a gracefull domino effect here, now and to our future generations.
