Grace: The Freedom From Disgrace

Freedom is what we seek when our physical body is doing what we'd like to break.

When in disgrace of habits we wish for the bits of "grace".

They say our bodies have old patterns that we can shake off if we will consciously choose to wire new thoughts and teach it new emotions.

Train you, you're one of your biggest fan and coach too. (Aside from help)

Hard wired programming are like closed hearts that are not yet open to receive or believe or shall we call it, a "closed-minded closet".

Disgrace of addiction, disgrace of lackness, disgrace of lust, disgrace of gossips, disgrace of stealing, disgrace of false witnessing, disgrace of idolatry, disgrace of overindulging in foods, disgrace of adultery, disgrace of unbelief in God, disgrace in many that are there in the surface we negatively and unconsciously create.

Grace is the freedom from this list that enslave us. We experience one or more during our lifetimes and just like you and me, our early fathers had the same troubles. There was a moment they'd wish to be delivered from their bodies that brought sufferings and according to them were uncontrollable.

Do you remember an instance(s) where you regret doing things that was against your normal good conscience? Yes we also had it, even in foods or drinks we take, though there was a healthy option on what to ate we've chosen that piece our bodies hate to taste, some voices in us will say "eat more, eat more", but another voice will command us "choose the other one instead".

If it's against our conscience and we've done it anyway, there must be something in us that needs to heal or be reprogram.

It was in Evan C. youtube channel that I've heard this "Sometimes, the voices we've heard are not ours but those that have been instilled in us most when we were young." Having to discern which to listen is essential for the nourishment of our mental health that affects our physiques.

Meeting the voice who caringly guide us and has the best intent for us, aligning in all good orders and path is our job to know as well.

The true grace from above saves us from helpless choices, pointing us to healthy and better decisions in life. It binds us to good habits and change our old ways. Though reprogramming us may require medium or max effort, the after results are fruits that will definitely produce more seeds that later will no longer needed an extra pruning- in spirituality we can consider this as the loosing too. The liberty from what we we had unconsciously binded and loosened before

The grace becomes the key and freedom of imprisonment from addictions or co-dependency.

In grace is where we find the mercy of heaven from giving us new thoughts and emotions to walk and live a new life away from those previous bad habits and instead of depending on it to be happy or have a fulfillment, we resource it from within, in the identity of a beloved and pleasing Son/Daughter.

The disgraces of over indulgement have showed us some or more of what shall not be- it gave us different pains and struggles of being in cage of it and it's not a good bearing of a lifetime.

Let's measure to what we are depending with- happiness, worth and so on. The inner will also shape the outer reality and if what's currently showing up is not enough, it's time to fix what's within.

Find the grace inside you and balance.

Here's cheering on your freedom from disgrace and be conscious of true grace,
