The bravest Thing that You Can Do
Today, I would like to talk a bit about suicide. I think that suicide is one very important topic, actually not 'very important', one of the most important topics ever!
I want to give support to everyone, who is passing trough some thug times, I want to tell to everyone who is thinking about suicide that there is hope and there is chance. I want to tell to all the people who want to give up on their lives that there are still reasons to live!
Unfortunately, I cannot tell those things to all the pople who want to kill themselves, but I can talk about this! And, I want to talk about this to other people in person, I want to write about it on the Internet, and I hope that I will make other people talk about it too. Because, if many people talk, if many people want to help, we can reallu help.
The title is actually a part of one amazing quotation, and now I will leave the whole here.

We all have dark times, but we need to be brave, we do not want to die, we want our problems to die and we are the only ones, who can kill our problems. Sometimes, it takes lots of efforts to be brave, but the feeling after you were brave when it was hard, is amazing! You feel strong, you fill like a victor. Do not be a victim be a victor. Aways be a victor. And, sometimes victory means to keep going, when you wanted to give up.

Some things in your lifes were horrible, and they will stay in your memory forever, you cannot remove them, but you can not think about them and think about good things in your life. The whole book is not destroyed, because a couple sheets are. Fix what you can, and leave behind what you cannot. We all have things that we would love to forget, that is normal.
There are people, who can help you pass trough your problems. They are psychiatrists, and they know how you feel, and they are experts, they know what you should do. It is not a shame to wisit them, they are doctors, just like all other doctors, and they will hel you. They know better than your friends or family, and if your problems are serious, you should visit one of them.
You do not go to your friend to heal or remove your tooth, so, why do you expect your friend to know how to solve your problems with emotions or fears.
Of course, it is important to have people who love you, and who you can talk to, but if your problem is serious and one honest conversation with a loved one cannot solve it, visit the doctor.
What is also very important, there are the sos numbers in many countries, and you can call those numbers if you, or someone around you is thinking of suicide.

People who tried to commit suicide and survived it, usually never try it again. Because, while they are feeling the presence of death, they realize that they want to live, they just do not know how to solve their problems. They want to kill something inside or around of them, they do not want to die.
That is very important. While you are drowning, you realize that every of your problems can be solved, except one, you are still drowning.
It is okay to be weak and to have problem, it is not okay to give up on yourself!
Stay strong!
Keep fighting!
