Length of life line

When Corto Maltese heard from fortune teller that his life line on his palm is too short, he took a penknife and extended it.

He changed his destiny, with a penknife.

By himself.

He.

Changed HIS destiny.

And, he was the only one who could change his destiny.

Corto Maltese is a characther from comics, but this is a very good example of a determined person.

In real life, we cannot make our life lines longer, and we cannot make our lives longer, but we can make them better, we can make our lives fullfiled, and that is the point.

We do not need fortune tellers, because there is not desitny, there is not guaranteed future, nobody can know what will happen to you, because you have a power to change your life. You can do whatever you want to do, and you can change anything, you can change your life from the foundation, how many times you want to.

He made his life longer with a simple small knife, and you still have an excuse?

I know, now you will say that he was a character from comics. Imagination. Well, everything you can think of you can actually make happen. You cannot dream up impossible things.

This sounds like cliche, but if you can dream of it, you can make it.

Just move on. Get up. Come on! Do what you have to do to make yourself happy.

Even if there is destiny that does not allow you to sit there doing nothing and waiting for all the things to happen.

You maybe cannot change everything, but you can change a lot. You can change yourself, and that is a lot, that is great start and great way to make yourself proud. Proud of what? Proud of yourself! We feel good when we are proud of ourselves, that is one of the best feelings, and we should give that feeling to ourselves, we should be better and do better.

The only way yo make is to start it. To try it, to believe in it, and above all, to believe in yourself.
