It always Takes more Time to Write...

... than to read.

I have seen this sentence somewhere, and I loved it. I really loved it. For example, my previous article takes 4 minutes to read, and it took me about an hour to write it. Some of the articles that people are writing here are taking a lot of time, because before they write them, they have to to some researches, to find many information, and only aftert that they are able to write. Of course, people who write, have to put effort in the writing too.

This was just one small example, and it was literal. The point is that you never know how much time and efoort does it take for someone to do something.

You go to the museum, and for example, you see a painting, you like it or you do not like it, and it took you a couple seconds to see it. Many times, you do not know how much it took to be painted, you can never know how hard it was for the artist to make that painting that you are looking at.

We never know how muc effort people put into the things that they are doing. Artists, writers, lawyers, actors, doctors... You can see what they have done, but you almost never see them doing it. You do not see their struggle, their pain, their problems...

That is why you should appreciate them. You cannot know how much did they work, but you know, you always know that they did work. We all work, we all struggle and we all need respect. We all want to hear that we are good, that we did a good job, that our work was not a waste. We all love to hear something good. We need it.

In case, that you do not have anything nice to say, in case that you do not appreciate someone and his or her work, do not say that. Do not say anything what is not nice. If you are very close to someone, you can criticize them, you can tell when something is not good, but when you are not close to someone you are not allowed to criticize.

Just let people be happy. Read or do not read, but do not talk about writing. If you want to say that something is good, say it. If you do not like something, do not insult.

Be positive, stay calm. Be the person who likes, who appreciates other people, who is there to say good things about good things that people are doing.

If you give good things, good things will be given to you.

Good things come when they are given, good things cycle in the universe. They go and come and go and come.

So, start the cycle today!
