One great artist, Djordje Balasevic left us.
He died, but his songs, his music, his art will live forever.
He was not only a musician, he was a one whole philosophy, and we all loved him.
In his part, I would love to share one amazing song here with you.
Story about Vasa Ladacki
Do you know the story about Vasa Ladacki?
I have heard it only recently,
One time, he was not going out from tavern for 9 days,
People say that he was weird.
His father was a poor peasant,
He was feeding 7 people,
And, his mother was blonde, quiet, small, hectic woman,
She died at the age of 30...
They had a couple acres of land,
And a small house at the end of the street
On the table, always bread, just as much as needed,
But, Vasa wanted much more.
He wanted black hoorses, playing on the meadow,
Pocket watch with a golden chain and estates,
He wanted fertile fields,
Fertile vineyards,
And horses harnessed in chairots,
But he could not have those.
He loved pretty, but poor woman,
He would maryy her, just if he knew
You love once in a lifetime.
Rich one or poor one,
That is choosing your heart, not your mind.
And, he was hoping that love will stop,
He left his village forever,
He was never writign letters to anyone,
And he married rich girl,
Only daughter of one landlord.
He has gotten black hoorses, playing on the meadow,
Pocket watch with a golden chain and estates,
He wanted fertile fields,
Fertile vineyards,
And horses harnessed in chairots,
He had it all, but he had nothing.
He bacome an alcoholic not long after that,
he sold his soul to the Devil,
All the alcoholics knew him,
He was looking for salvation in alcohol,
But, the could not find it.
They say that he was also young, when he died,
In tavern, from heart attack,
Only his head fallen, like he is sleeping,
And, they still remeber what he said last:
In vain black hoorses, playing on the meadow,
Pocket watch with a golden chain and estates,
He wanted fertile fields,
Fertile vineyards,
And horses harnessed in chairots,
When I am not with the one I love.
When I am not with the one I love!
Here is the link, I hope that you will like it.
It is one really amazing song!
Here is one interesting quotation for the end of this text.
