Dear all friend,
How are you. I am fine. I hope you are also fine by the grace of Almighty god. Everyone know failure is piller of success. So now i am going to share about success after failure.
So let's go...
Higher education institutions teach leadership strategies to students by incorporating them into the curriculum. Why or why not teach, not only do you want to be a business entrepreneur, but you also need leadership skills to apply for a job in a good organization. There is no point in ignoring leadership skills when it comes to solving various problems in personal and family life and taking any new initiative. So it can be said that every follower must also become a leader.
Although many education can be given in pen and ink, leadership education has to be taken hand-in-hand. We read the stories of successful leaders before we become leaders and try to follow them but the failure stories of those successful leaders remain unknown. I dream of reading about the success of successful leaders and imagine myself as a future successful leader. Lets step on the path to success. I see one step up, Oma! I failed! I was embarrassed to try a second time. In this context, Kamini Roy thoughtfully said,
‘Can’t work, always scared, always ashamed,
Always hesitant to doubt,
Lest people say something. '
If people say something! This shame prevents us. Fear of failure. Prevents you from doing something new.
If you look closely, you will understand that every successful leader has failed many times more than he has won in his life. I remember a quote from Seth Godin, the author of the best-selling book Purple Cow, "He is the one who has succeeded the most, the one who has failed the most." .
That's why ...In her book, Performance Breakthrough, Kathy Rose describes very well the failures of each of our lives, without which we might never be able to talk, learn to walk, or even begin to think. Ever wondered, after so many failed attempts, the risk I-you learned to walk in that childhood!I can swear, if we had the feeling that we were taking a risk, never on the first try, but more than a hundred times to learn to walk, then no one would take the first step. According to the study, more than 98 percent of people did not learn to walk just for fear of losing.
The idea of many of us, we want to be successful in the first attempt. Once we fail, we raise the first question about our own qualifications. Friends, once you start losing, you can increase the number of failures, then you will realize that you are close to success now. Just like when you were a child, you and I were speechless, and with thousands of misunderstood nonsense, we tried unsuccessfully to call my mother mother, and just after that, I called my first mother and told this dear world that ‘I can’! We all started with failure, and then one by one we learned to walk successfully instead of a bunch of failures, we were able to call mom mom. I think it was possible because shamelessly we failed and tried again and again.
So say! Why not master the failure? It is clear that failure before success and success after failure. Renowned painter Pablo Picasso also said, "I do more and more of what I can't, so I can learn something new. When we rush to achieve our dreams, we do something new, just in case we forget to fail, but success will be further delayed.
Come on guys, I failed to build myself as a successful leader and in unison with Steve Jobs, I got a little hungry, a little stupid.
Thank you everyone.
Sincerely yours
With..

Failure isn't isn't the opposite of success. It is part of becoming successful. Failure leads to success.
