So let's start to share my idea.....
1. Before opening an educational institution, make an emergency plan by collecting anti-epidemic masks, disinfectants and non-contact thermometers. Implement accountability of each unit and strengthen the training of teachers and teaching staff.
2. Strengthen monitoring the health status of teachers, teaching staff and students. Implement test system in the morning and afternoon and introduce ‘daily report’ and ‘zero report’ methods.
3. Take the body temperature of teachers, educators, students and external educators at the entrance of the educational institution. For those whose body temperature is found to be high, restrict their entry.
4. Strengthen ventilation in important areas such as classrooms, playgrounds and libraries. Make sure to ventilate 2-3 times a day for about 20-30 minutes. Ensure normal levels of air conditioner when using a central air conditioner. Increase pure ventilation and turn off return ventilation.
5. Regularly clean and disinfect floor and door handles, stair handles, and other items that are frequently used in classrooms, public spaces, and other areas.
6. Clean and disinfect food dishes (water containers) and disinfect reusable food dishes (water containers) after each serving.
7. Eat meals while sitting far away and use your own dishes or one-time dishes.
8. Clean the garbage in the premises of the educational institution every day and disinfect the garbage containers.
9. Encourage limited use of paper in the office. Minimize physical contact between educators and prioritize distance or online learning.
10. Do not organize any internal gatherings or activities until normalcy is restored. Maintain a distance of less than or equal to one meter in case of any closed or densely populated place or in close contact with others.
11. Reduce outflow of teachers, teaching staff and students.
12. Teaching officers and students use masks. Strengthen other hygiene practices, including hand washing. Use quick-drying hand disinfectant or disinfectant tissue. Use a tissue or elbow to cover the face and nose when sneezing.
13. Strengthen epidemic prevention. Control the teaching time of teachers, educators and students and provide mental health support and counseling.
14. If there is any suspected case of COVID-19 among teachers, educators or students, immediately inform the local health authorities and quickly identify and quarantine those who have come in close contact with the case.
15. Assign a special person to know the health status of the parents, teachers or students in quarantine and to communicate with them regularly.
16. Clean and disinfect the air conditioning and ventilation system as per the instructions of the local health authority as soon as any confirmed Covid-19 case is received. Refrain from reusing it until evaluated.
17. Dining services like sitting down to eat together should be kept off.
If the educational institution is not opened, the students may be in danger because the students do not want to study much in this epidemic.
