It is better not to peel the vegetables as much as possible and cut them into large pieces. 3) Always cook in a covered pot (better if in a pressure cooker). 4) Dried lentil powder should not be used in cooking. 5) It is not right to fry ginger, onion and garlic directly in oil. 6) Excessive frying or tanning should not be.

Diet rules: * It is necessary to wash hands and face before and after eating. * Food is always chewed very well. One should not talk while eating, read papers, watch story books or TV. * You should never overeat. Always eat on an empty stomach. * Never drink water while eating and after eating. Water should be drunk at least half an hour or an hour after eating. * Vajrasana can be done for three to five minutes after lunch and dinner* It is better to take the main food 3 times a day (morning, noon, night). * The amount of food should be kept high in the morning and gradually reduced in the afternoon and night. * Constant snacks are not okay. * If you are under a lot of stress or in a hurry to work, it is better to drink sherbet without eating the whole meal.

Rules of drinking water: 1) Appropriate amount of water should be drunk. The body needs 50 ml of water per kg of body weight. 2) Always drink water slowly with a sip in a glass. 3) When you are sweating during work, you should rest for a while without drinking water. 4) Water containers should be cleaned and covered regularly. 5) Water should never be dipped in a container. 6) Candles should be cleaned at least once a week when using filters. 7) You should drink water from earthen or brass jugs without drinking water from the fridge during hot weather. 8) It is better to use steel or aluminum containers in low cost plastic bottles without keeping water for a long time.

Sleep rules: 1) Never lie down straight while sleeping, usually you should lie on your back. 2) It is not okay to sleep without a pillow and not a thick pillow, it is better to sleep on a thin pillow. 3) It is not right to sleep on extra soft and uneven mattress. 4) 7-8 hours of sleep is enough in good health. 8 hours or more of sleep reduces life expectancy. 5) When getting out of bed, you should always turn back. Never get up straight. 6) After waking up, you should leave the bed slowly.

Ways to keep a good vision: 1) Gently wash your eyes once or twice a day in cold, clean water. 2) The eyes should be rotated ten times slowly in the same way as clockwise, up-down, right-left side, angles up-down and round. Fixed front eyebrow vision until there is difficulty between the middle of the two eyebrows. 3) Leave something a meter away on the plane and stare until there is no difficulty. 4) Rub the palms of the hands and gently cover the eyes. 5) It is better to eat more foods with vitamin A. 6) It is better to eat a cup of carrot juice regularly.
