Facebook builds parallel social network to trial safeguards, will let bots run free

Facebook has made a parallel social network where millions of bots can be let loose. Bots will be trained to realistically simulate behaviours of real people and interact with each other. They can stimulate utmost scenarios like trying to sell prohibited items like drugs or run scams to see how they bypass Facebook's safeguards. Facebook can then test the results.
