Favouritism at work

Good day everyone, wherever in the world you are at this moment. I have been inactive on this platform for a long while now and that's because of my busy schedule but today I have a little chance to come online here and readas much as possible post as I am chanced to read. Over the last few days, I have been so interested in learning about what experience that people who have been working in a big company for a while have gathered over the time they have been working. I have listened carefully to few of these company guru, I mean those that have worked for a lot of years and have gained a lot of experience over the long run. I want to present a short story which will support my presentation.

The world is a beautiful place and filled with a lot of people, people of different agenda and manipulation. That's the world that we are in today, everyone with their own strategic way of doing things quicker than others. I hope that those two statements written above in the first paragraph should have not been the conclusion part of my post for today. Well, it looks like conclusion but it is not the conclusion however.

In a certain organisation setup, there was an office where a particular lady operate and she was in the same position for several years and would not strive for higher position even though it was available and would not allow anyone to take the position from her and even though the work the work stressful and a lady was sent to assist her yet she always complain about the lady who was posted to assist her and was there for only three days. He assistant was removed from the office immediately.

However, time flies and there is nothing known for now that human can to change that. She retired and another person took over the position after her retirement. The new individual who took over was given a free accommodation and gets extra stipends from time to time. She did nothing special, just that those things are the benefits attached to the office and other workers got to discover. She celebrated the blessing that she has received but the former person did not and she kept it as a secret to herself so that others will not be attracted to the position too.
