Good day dear writers, I bring to you something new, for individuals who might have similar interest.

It is essential that we perform some duties as we live everyday, and we need energy for each of the activities that we perform each day. The proof that you are sound health-wise is when you perform a few or Many activities each day. We have to be physically fit and engage with our environment.

Some of the people are working from their sitting position for a long period of hours. It takes some 8 hours to get their daily job done. The implications is that some of them will have to sit for 8 hours or more at the same spot for five days in a week. Sitting in a position for a long periods of hours is not good enough.

However you're welcome to do your job as requested and wait till the right time to go home before standing up. I can tell you that it might not be so comfortable with you but you can walk around in you office for a few minutes and make sure that there is stretching of body parts, this will help you in terms of stretching out you vertebra.

The government discipline projects in the US such as prisons were aware of the way that idleness could bring demerit, degrading results to human capacity and for the fact that the body needs to undergo a certain level of exercise.

There are lots activities that were set up by the prison management to ensure that there is active engagement within the inmates and between each individual whether short or tall, slim or plump and their immediate environment.

The prison System sets up activities such as sports and recreation which are available in a place called prison and for the group of people that are said to be bound and with less privilege.

According to these statements above, it is important for me to deduce that it is necessary for every human being to partake in physical activities for adults. However, the movement, starting a gym has helped a lot of people, to build their bodies and exercise the body as well.

There are various exercise designed for human being such as playing Badminton, Basketball, cycling, playing tennis balls , boxing, dancing, football and volleyball, walking, treadmill, stretching and star mill, etcetera.

To a great way and approaches, there are platforms that cares about your well-being. Thereby providing a means for activities tracking which is either with your phone or other devices.
