I have been trying to figure out what is responsible for unnecessary anger in my colleagues who used to be very happy and calm before but now, violent triggers in him unusual like never before.

An intermittent explosive disorder is one of the disorderliness which seems irritating and sometimes misunderstood when it act in the life of a living patient. As a matter of fact, the effects and symptoms are physical and not hidden but often called anger . This chronic disorderliness is one of the most disadvantageous disorderliness which can be very frustrating to other people around the person who is having the disorderliness.

For a person who is an adept in the knowledge of the disorderliness, it is not difficult for them to identify it in their patients. I noticed some a similar symptoms in a college of mine at work whom I have known for few months earlier. I knew him for three months before he started behaving abnormally and unpredictable, very irritating to be acceptable to me.

For the first three months, he used to be a very calm person who is so calm and caring, in so much that I started calling him my brother. His characters are so acceptable to myself and other staff members who we are working together in the same place. They valued him so much and even our supervisor recognized him and honoured him as a good man. He also advised us to emulate the good characters.

All of a sudden, things started to change and the difference started playing its role on his life and things started to go another direction which is undesirable to us that we are working together in the same place as staff. He began to behave strangely enough, so much that even the supervisor who has been appreciating him before changed their comment about him.

I think that is an aberration, in the sight of human for someone who has been so good before to change drastically from doing good to doing bad, when I say bad, I mean what is practically harmful to the health of the other human being thereby putting their lives at risk.

The changes became noticeable when he started leaving his work place for an unknown location and will come back to compose some kind of lie for the boss to give excuse for the negligence of his duty. However, despite the fact that the more he lie, the more his reputation diminished with time and it was so disappointing that he continued in that patterns for a while until he was threatened that he will lose his job.

After being strictly forbidden from leaving his duty, another thing was noticed in his attitude which is unnecessary angry. He get provoked at every little thing that his fellow staff do to him, whether necessary or not. Imagine him getting angry because his colleague asked him to assist her and she became very violent, I mean very angry at the woman, to the point that he assaulted a married woman.

All the reputable attitude which he was having before is not there anymore. Though, it is a very strange but whatever a man was yesterday can not be used to determine his today. He is now said to be the very arrogant man or if he is to be described by someone who he has once engaged in physical combat with recently

All the female staff who has worked in the same base with him before has complain and reported one assault or another, one way or the other complain about his sudden aggressive verbal outburst which is similar to the symptoms of the intermittent explosive disorder.

I only suggest to our supervisor to counsel that the young man should go for medical check-up or visit hospital so that he can be diagnosed.

I suspect he gets angry even more with anything related to money which is related to Criterion D
