African countries and leaders issue.

In Africa, some leaders rule with the love of their people lying on the heart of them. Nothing gives them more joy than when they see their people do well. This may not be only in Africa, but nothing could be said of where you have not witnessed. Though the TV broadcast of the US shows few of the times of debates when ex-President Donald Trump was being held in the place of debates over issues, that is a way to resolve an issue. At least a better way to start. He was a great president.

Good leaders.

It is a great honour that a leader can face the people that he was leading face to face, without fear of attacks from within. when you fulfil various duties of the post you are holding and you feel satisfied within you. That you have not done any worse, you will be bold to face the nation without any problem or feared dangers of attack.

When what you do is not good and you are not feeling fulfilled within yourself, you will need security to guard you everywhere you go to. You will not feel secured even when you're with the most trusted people in your life. You will become suspicious of everyone around you and be more concerned about your safety.

How do you feel?

Have you ever been a leader of any group before, maybe you might have tried to do something that is unacceptable to the people who you rule over. How was the experience? Did they reacted at all. Have you seen a leader in the association you are who did something that can affect others because of their own pocket or they did not care about your welfarism. Are you quiet about it?

My experience

I have seen few. Well, I have written about this in my article "The lost freedom" I hope you can find time to read that too. It was a terrible experience, but that was not all that I have experienced, heard, read about or seen in my journey this short days of my life.

Though in many of this matters, freedom was regained by the people that really deserved it. Unfortunately, some people still sacrificed their lives in order to secure this freedom and that is what baffles me more. Maybe someday, you I might need to sacrifice something for another to gain my freedom from something too. It could be you who will need to do the sacrifices tomorrow. I salute those who had done it in the past years and I hope you will all rest in peace.

The main sacrifice...

A nation well known as Giants of Africa (even though there are some that wish to cripple it), Nigeria have witnessed a case of carefree denial by the leadership in recent years. One of this denials were false promise by those that have elected. Few of those denials are stated below.

Employment: I was going to say that this is a very common thing to consider with utmost importance, as the population of the world grow in the world today, the lack of employment grows as well. This is not only in Aftica, other continents in the world suffers this, but what about when you are coming in to power as a leader, you made a promise of employing thousands of people. Few of the leaders in the nation does the mistake out of the strategic bank they have to secure more votes for themselves. This awakens the anger in the citizens of the nation. The youths becomes angry, when the promise was never fulfilled.

Security: The most threatening issue is that of safety a nation, In Nigeria, there was a time in the recent year (2020) when those people that are supposed to secure the life of citizens. (SARS), guide them from robbery, help them to recover their properties even after they were robbed. They were the ones that take away life from people of the nation.

This was one of the police departments in Nigeria, they were a supposed fight against armed robbers and solve crime issues, many of the people in the force turned the job to another direction. They manipulated they expectations of those that employed them and turned against those they were supposed to safe.

The citizens of the nation cried out to government to end the brutality by this police department, but they refuse to yield to the request of the citizens, the ones that chose them to become the leaders they are. In order to regain freedom, Millions of youth went ahead and protest. They started "End SARS" protest peacefully. But to gain freedom many lifes were lost on the protest ground. Security opened fire on those youths. Many died but what they stood to achieve was fulfilled. The SARS department of police forces was ended in that last year.

The date (20th of every October) became a memorable day for the youths since that time. It was remembered yesterday. What a victorious day for the youths of Nigeria, but also a day of agony to some who lost their loved ones. May God heal their wounds

Good leaders are not known by sweet tongues. I have seen many leaders that embezzled money and ran away with it. They ran away from home and settle down somewhere else with the money. Nigeria is in the Lords hand.

A leader shouldn’t be a perfect one untill he fights for the people rather than his own reason. Nelson Mandela is the example of great leader.
