I just finished watching the last of the Stargate TV series - Stargate Universe. Another great sci-fi series in the Stargate Universe.
There were only 2 seasons with a total of 40 episodes. The show must have been stopped early given 10 seasons for Stargate SGI and 5 seasons for Stargate Atlantis.
All three are a must watch for sci-fi fans. Outside Star Wars and Star Trek is really the third best sci-fi space world.
Stargate Universe reveals the previously unknown purpose of the "Ninth Chevron", and ends up taking a wide team of scientists and soldiers to an Ancient ship called the "Destiny". This is a ship built millions of years ago by the Ancients, used to seed Distant galaxies with Stargates. This team, led by Dr. Nicolas Rush and Colonel Everett Young, is trapped on the ship, unable to change its programmed mission.
Rush (the middle character in the above image) is definitely the star of the show with some notable mentions like Eli, the young genius (albeit a little annoying at times).
I won't give any secrets away but definitely recommend it and better the second time around! I also enjoyed the second season more. Enjoy! You can't watch it at Putlocker for free.

Nice movie... Please does anyone know or can anyone recommend any good movie (series) like merlin. As for the startgate universe How many seasons those it have ?
