Item: English Chicken with Mushroom Cream served with Mushroom Fried Rice and Sauteed Vegetable

Let's talk about the fried rice at first. The taste was amazing. It was well cooked. It came with fried mushroom which added a good taste. The amount of mushrooms was just perfect. It did not seem too much.

Now the English Chicken. It was fine. It was a boneless peice. Actually it was a breast piece. The chicken was firmly cooked. It was juicy. Slightly crispy, which made it more delicious.

Now the mushroom sauce. It was made of mashed potato and mushrooms. It was creamy. But I was expecting a little more spice in it. Also it lacked salt. So this item did not meet my needs. Also the lack of salt made the sauce as well as the chicken taste bad. So I kind of left it.

The dauteed vegetables were fine and very niceky cooked.
