Hello Music Friends,
Another article about Electronic Music Pioneers.
I published a first one about Suzanne Ciani and the recent Buchla Concerts 1975 album release by Finders Keepers Records. More material with Kontinuum by Klaus Schulze. These are tracks I listen when I work on my desktop and when I need to be on a creative mood.
Klaus Schulze is a pioneer on electronic music landscapes. If you love electronic music and never heard about him, I hightly recommend you to check all the work he have done. Starting with this one from 2006/2007.
He was the first drummer of Tangerine Dream. Later, he moves to create the band Ash Ra Tempel, creating at the same time the Space Rock music genre. He started a solo career as Klaus Schulze after discovering the brand new synthetizers sounds on the early 70's. That was before Tangerine Dream, even. It's the father of the Berlin School, we can say. With an incredible sums of great albums. His music is usually based on repetitive patterns, notes sequences, and long improvisation of melodies and phrases. Well..
I hope you will enjoy the trip! :0)
