"Heavy rain and strong wind" Looks like the typhoon is already here in our province. This photo was taken earlier when I'm on my way home after work (5:20 pm). The rain with strong wind are bad timing, a reason why my pants and uniform got totally wet. Some roads are also flooded but good thing that its still accessible by some vehicles. Keep safe Pilipinas♡♡♡
