Good day, lovely people. I hope we are all having an amazing super Sunday. Today I bring to you something just to have in mind to keep the spirit high in whatever we do.
What is Motivation, Why Motivation, and How to be motivated? I’ll just briefly dwell a bit on these questions.
The process of starting, developing, and maintaining goal-oriented actions or activities is known as motivation. Motivation is the power that drives you to stick to and achieve your objectives. It's the ambition to run a marathon, achieve professional success, and shed pounds. You wouldn't want to achieve greatness if you weren't motivated. Before you can focus on enhancing the finer areas of your life, you must first meet your core motivations. Take care of your most fundamental requirements before getting ahead of yourself and diving into all of the psychological theories of motivation.
You'll be ready to take on your higher purpose once you've taken care of the essentials. Some people will struggle to keep to their goals if their drive isn't fueled by enthusiasm. When your goals, thoughts, and actions are all in sync, before you even realize it, you would have already crossed that hurdle and reached the end of the line. One of the most paramount steps behind your motivation is putting purpose and passion into it.
The major components of Motivation are:
Persistence
Intensity
Desire
Devotion
Please note, this is just my view of the road to any motivational act. You need to desire something as a need or want to get what you want. You need to be persistent and work the intensity to achieve that need. And then devotion tops the flow up.
A very good example I can use to explain motivation is Working out. But a question first, In the gym or at home? Well, I would answer this question I asked. Well, motivation can be driven also by seeing people achieving what you want. That’s where the desire comes in. Sometimes when you work out at home, you might lack the motivation and devotion in achieving what you want. That’s the main reason people opt for working out in the gym.
Having answered this, it shows You why you need motivation.
Getting Your Thoughts, Goals, and Actions to Work Together
Have you always pumped yourself up with motivation only then to later wonder why you ever started?
This is really a prevalent reason why people struggle to stay on track with their goals. You'll only have a piece of the jigsaw if you don't have inspiration and optimistic thinking to go along with your motivation. The amount of energy you have available can feel boundless when your passion and motivation are in sync.
We shouldn't have to worry about finding motivation right away. Take your time seecting on your area of interest. Make a mental image of where you want to be and write it down. Your positive thoughts will influence your actions, which will help you achieve your goals faster. It will be easier to keep accountable if you share your goal with your closest relatives and friends. By notifying others that you're going, you'll have an impact on how you think.
Some Motivational Suggestions
If you're not feeling very motivated, there are steps you may take to keep moving forward. Among the things you can take are:
Modify your objectives to focus on the things that are most important to you.
If you're working on something that's too vast or intimidating, break it down into smaller parts and focus on taking the initial step toward progress.
Boost your self-confidence.
If there are any areas in which you are uncomfortable, work on improving those areas so that you feel more qualified and capable.
Reaching such a goal necessitates the ability to persevere in the face of adversity and the resilience to keep going.It can be challenging to keep to your goals in the beginning.
