Why Does the Stomach Boil When Hungry?
When your stomach is noisy, there are many reasons for it. First of all, the sound heard may come from the intestines or small intestines, and not from the stomach. The intestinal muscle really aches and rumbles. This is to move the fluid and air inside our stomach.
The stomach can swell if we are hungry or even full. It is normal to have a stomach sound.
There are times when the sound or boiling of the stomach is louder.
1. When we are hungry, the stomach and intestines work hard to take out the leftover food you have eaten. When you eat, your stomach will be calmer.
2. When you are stressed, you can have abdominal pain, including cramps. These are called "butterflies in your stomach."
3. If you eat sour or dirty water, your stomach may become upset before having bowel movements. Gastroenteritis or infection acquired from dirty food is the cause. Drink plenty of fluids (water, soup or porridge) and eat bananas.
4. When there is an ulcer or hyperacidity, pain in the upper abdomen in the area of the stomach. This pain is usually felt when you are hungry. The pain decreases when you eat a banana or bread. Also drink plenty of water to flush out stomach acid.
5. There are other causes of stomach ulcers such as worms, gallbladder stones and cancer. Consult a doctor.
6. No matter how lucky you are in life, never forget God who guides you.
7. God bless you.
