Emotional Baggage...How to Dislodged?
We heard it right and definitely most of us carrying one..
Maybe from family disputes,fast relationships,bf/gf thingy or friendship gone sour..
It's not easy as much as pretending and ignoring the feeling of being left out or betrayed,you grow resilient,angry and unhappy.
As time flies,you grow distant,unable to make any conversation and eventually leave without a word..Emotionally you can't cope because you keep reliving the past..having a flashbacks and leads to depressions..But you're lucky a friend reached out and help you to understand your situation and give you adviced that wake you up..
If you want to be free from the past you have to make friends with it...
That instance you feel like a prisoner about to release,everything you felt is all in the mind and you let it control you..it's true exactly what we feed in our mind will definitely grow into something..
Emotional baggage is a garbage sitting in a corner inside us..All we need to do is collect it and disposed away..Don't bottled up..let go and free yourself from negativity..
PS. based from past experienced and every problem has it's own depth and approach to solve..it's a case by case situation..
