Today I will tell you more secrets about maize, for my country we are not planting it just for company use. We also used it for making food.

Separation of maize coin from its range

If we harvested our maize we will make sure it get fully dried.

We will then separate maize coin with its wasted backbone by using machines or hand as shown below

Ho to turn maize into flour (corn flour)

We use grinding machine for making the maize into ashes, just grinding for only round.

It will be full great maize flour, in order to use easy processing.

Cooking the maize flour

If we take it back to home we will make a plan to cook is, for my country our females are the one that cook food for us.

They will put water and and that maize flour in the pot and cook it the way they like.

After cooking they will then put it in the plates or bowl, and then they will cook desired stew and very sweetest which will be attached with the Foo like this:

That is only one from how we process maize, some uses are just coming gradually.
