The problem of NFT games (Part II)

Attention: If you haven´t read part I, click here and enjoy! I insist this post does not intend to be the opinion of an "expert", this is just my experience, and what I think about the NFT games at this moment.

With a dying game, the emotion of many who say: "It's time to invest now that the game is cheap. Let's take advantage of it" arises, those people make the price of the token inflate again a little more, but not as at the beginning, however it is enough to resume the "hope" that everything is not lost.

Developers announcements continue

An update to fix errors, bugs and problems in the servers that crashed has been announced! (Yep, it crashed because they used all the money that came in for everything but buying decent servers). Surprise, little or nothing gets fixed, and if it does, it is for a while. The problem continues with the price of the token (which is what we all care about)

The token is still not going up. It's time for our secret move: updates and changes. The devs are more astute than ever, promising new game mechanics, stability, and a completely new element that promises to stabilize the game economy once and for all! This new game mode will be available to all platform users, but... you must invest real money again.

The main token takes a back seat immediately. Now, to get rewards, you must invest a substantial sum in an alternative token that will take the game to another level, as long as you pay for it. In short, a never-ending story.

At this point, many of those who invest in principle giving faith to this new update earn money, but the game's lifetime is much shorter because there is some skepticism and distrust from users who have not really benefited or even recovered their investment.

After all this hecatomb, there is a division between those who still trust in the game and those who don't. Then, little by little, people stop talking about the game.

The followers of the game usually launch this phrase: "The game died because of those who only thought about quick money, and not in a long-term project, bled the economy of the game, and left". And yes, we are guilty, but of failing into the scam. The great and curious thing is that it is never the fault of the devs, who in principle were so clear that it was going to happen.

For the next part, the worst of this will remain. See you guys.

Interesting perspective. I wonder... do you play any P2E games yourself Simon?

Yes my dear fanta! I´ve played them before, however, as I said before, there are some games which not enter in that list of scams, there are games that really work, and continue working with the time
