Materials
Lamb 250-300 gms, boiled potatoes 250 gms, cornflower 100 gms, a little flour, quantity ginger paste, green chilli paste, onion paste, chilli powder 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, tomato paste.
50 gms of coriander leaves, half a cup of sour curd, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and cumin powder, two bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder, 100 gms of almond paste, white oil and salt to taste.
Preparation method
Take the water out of the baby well. Now mix the boiled potatoes with the chickpeas, green chilli paste, salt, sugar, flour, cornflower and a little cumin powder.
Once spread, make the mixture into small balls. Heat oil in a pan and soak the balls until they turn red.
After the balls are fried, fry in the same oil with bay leaves, ginger paste, chilli paste and onion.
After frying, stir well with tomato paste. Then stir in coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
Add a little salt, sugar, cracked tokadai and almonds.
After shaking well for two minutes, throw the fried baby balls in the pan. You can give a small amount of hot water if needed. Boil for three to five minutes.
When it boils, spread hot spice powder and coriander leaves and serve Malai Kofta.
