Here are the ingredients to make it:

Materials

  • To make pur: 1 cup of white gram boot (boiled with salt. Or you can also use caner). Chira 1 cup. 1 cup of chopped onion. Half a cup of coriander leaves. 1 teaspoon of raw chilli powder. 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. Slightly crush the mint leaves. Like salt to taste. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

Ingredients for making Samuchar Dow:

  • 1 cup of flour. 1 cup of flour. Half a teaspoon of salt. 3-4 cups of water.

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Now knead the dough like flour with salt and water and cover it for 15 minutes.

  • Now you have to make small balls from this dough and make bread from it.

  • Take a loaf of bread, sprinkle a little flour on it, spread oil on it and press it with another loaf of bread.

  • Add flour, oil and another loaf of bread. In this way, take all the bread together and sand it again. Now you have to take a little bigger sand.

  • Now lightly fry from side to side in a nonstick pan. Care should be taken so that ordinary bread does not become like frying. So that the raw feeling remains.

  • Now this bread has to be cut into four equal parts. Each loaf will have three corner sizes.

  • Now you have to separate each part from the bread very carefully.

  • Now take one part at a time, fold it like a drink and fill the inside with the excess part (mix the flour with water) and knead it with a ball of flour.

Then deep fry in oil and serve with the sauce of your choice πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Š
