One more time this realization came to my mind when I watched a movie about teaching system and updates. This was an interesting movie and worth to watch. I wish this justice could be seen in real life too.

At the beginning the film shows that an arrogant supervisor treated teachers with very bad manner because she got a place their she doesn't deserve at all. She become principle. She wants to replace old teacher with the new and smart looking teacher. School is not a super shop where smart freshers need to do their duties.

We all consider teaching as the noble profession but system which made by corrupted people doesn’t focus on education they just focus on money and mostly found run after money. Old doesn’t always means outdated, old teachers are gold. Sometimes they got tired but as a teacher he/she never forgets to teach students.

In the movie story that remind new generation to be more caring to their teachers. Teachers get small amount of salary and never complaints. Ideal teachers also teach poor students for free. We can't blame a specific person for this. This is all about education system that made by corrupt management. In this movie there was media which unveil the mask of management. At the end reality win and arrogance lose. At the end I'll share the movie link you may like to watch. Its available in Hindi language.

School’s reputation mainly based on the quality of education and education is free for all but teachers spend their time and work hard so they take a small charge but sometimes dishonest management try to grab more money and make education a source of business. This is really very cheap and unexpected. On the other hand we can't give priority to our teachers properly.

As educated person we should treat education as education not like a business or source of earning a lots of money. If we consider it as business what our future generation will learn from us?
