There is a reason they say dog is a man's best friend. Having a pet around can be incredible fun and great company and has proven to be a mood lifter by many mental health professionals!
We have 4 dogs in our house, they are so playful, they love to us follow around, wherever we go. Our dogs are our stress reliever.💕
Yes, I know - I had four dogs once upon a time, and they loved our family members so much - theirs was unconditional love. Three of them have passed away, and only one is remaining. We could not eat the day of their demise - such was the pain that we felt!
Yeah right. There are so many benefits of having a dog, of course there’s the obvious benefits like extra exercise and a best friend for life, but they can also improve your physical and mental health!
