They May Not Be Avoiding You.
Before you start making any assumptions about someone’s actions or behavior or thoughts always remember that there’s a lot you don’t know about that person, they may not be sharing everything. If you notice someone withdrawing from you, they might just need some space to process things. They may be processing a trauma or dealing with a mental/physical health problem or tired from working. **What you can do** 1. Give them the space they need. 2. Ask them questions about it only if they are ready to talk, don’t pressure them to if they are not ready. 3. Remind them that you are there for them and love them.
4. Don’t cause yourself more anxiety by worrying for too long about what you may have said or done. On the other hand, this is a common misconception of being an introvert too. People assumes that we're dealing with something serious but none at all. We just don't talk 😅
I think It’s best to make the other person understand that you just don’t talk instead of letting them worry or assume things .
Yes, i overthink sometimes. Making me paranoid. But kinda controlling it since when that person is giving assurance you will not think about it.
Happens to me all the time, There’s usually no need to be paranoid 😊
