Security is the main key
Today is 10-03-2022. I am going to share something most important which are really related for any where. Its really connect with our life. Everyone we demand safety. nobody can say they don't need safety. To be safe then you should take security. it could be in different category or method. If you maintain security system then you are out of danger.
Need of security:
its anybody like to know my view then I will say for all of us need to maintain security. Without security nothing can be safe. No factories, industries, bank , school, office , hospital , house etc. nothing can be safe without maintain the security system. security is the main key for all of us.
How to take security:
Lots of security method has. I will share few security method with all of you. We all are familiar with it. security can be physical or can be by people or can be by technology.

I do job In garments factory as IT support Engineer. In our factory more then 2400 peoples do work. Todays topics is security. so I am going to show with real picture of our factories security system. Here has more then 30 peoples who are called security guard. Every one are from defense . They are so much strong , healthy and good height. To monitor or supervise those guard here has one security officer and 2-4 security in-charge. Its a big factory. Its need to stand 24 hours. So for giving safety security officers manage roster duty for all security guard. The security guard do duty and give safety to our factory. Our company hired security guard for our company safety.
Activities of security officer and in-charge:
Security officer makes schedule for all security guard for weekly basis. All security guard has to follow the rules and need to do the duty and need to keep safe the factory. To monitor all security and safety Security in-charge take many steps like they shift the guard from one place to others place. because sometimes guard can do gossip or can make linkup. Its risky for factory. So security in-charge apply this technic.
Security guards duty:
Security guard stands in major place of factories. Like in front of the factory gate and backside gate and also stand in front of floor doors. They always keep eyes that unknown person are entering in factory or not. If they can guess this guy is risky then they don't allow the guys to entry in the factory. when worker ended the works hours security guard check the workers bag . If they stole anything . Its a great step they take for factory safety. If anyone caught with stole products company management will give punishment to him or her.
Sometimes major issue happened like strike, quarrel social problems. so to give safety of factories security guard take major step . If they can understand they call to security officer about that matter. So its help factory to solve the problem.
CCTV System:
CCTV system is one of the best technology or invention of modern science for security. In our factory has setup of 50 CCTV cameras. Its really so much important for our factory safety. In CCTV system 24 hours record save and any things happen negative security officers or in-charge or administrative person inform it to me and I show them the record and they can view it what problem was happened. As an IT expert and CCTV operator I take step to monitor CCTV system . I always keep my eyes in our recording of CCTV system.
Password System:
Password system is familiar to all of us. Lots of password software or system can get in now. Lots of company sell password protection system. Every company or users like to use password protection. Like you have a mobile and has many apps . But you want to protect or safe your device. So what you will do? I think you must give pin code password or type strong password or use finger print. As like a single device like mobile then think if we works in a company then what they will do? Yes they also follow the password system. Most of the company buy software from third party and its administration only provided to IT department. IT department put this and maintain this password system for company securities of file , data, apps etc.
Locker:
Who can say they don't know about locker. I think everyone will say they know it. Yeah locker is a part of security system. Every peoples house , Office, Bank, institution, hospital etc. has locker system. In you go to the bank you can see lots of locker where has million dollars . So for safety of customers asset they use locker system. Its highly secured and give safety.
