The Meaning of Life's Journey
Life is a competition, a common expression that some of us believe. Actually, I didn't really agree with this expression. When we think of life as a competition, we tend to want to be winners, we always want to be the best. I used to disagree that life is a competition because we will never know what kind of life process we will face in the future. we don't even really know what we are aiming for and the race in life. If we can then achieve goals other than the temporary satisfaction of being slightly superior to others.
As time went on I saw the fairness of why some people see life as a competition. We live in a world not only alone, we also cannot control how other people behave. There is a tendency that makes us look at the achievements or lives of others and makes us feel like we have to compete in life. We have a time limit. When everyone has a target and it seems that other people living side by side with us are also aiming for the same target, this makes us tend to feel like we are competing with each other.
I think it actually starts with comparing ourselves to others. If we do not compare ourselves with others, of course we will not think that life is a race, but it is impossible that we never compare ourselves with others. The only way to stop comparing with others is to take a break and understand that humans are born, grow, develop, and return to different places. Each of us is unique, by stopping for a moment we can see things clearly.
Well, let's say we agree that life is a race but not a sprint race. Life is more like a marathon that we have to take care of how we can regulate our breath and speed in running. Pausing or taking a break is a strategy in marathons as is life. We'll see what we've achieved and been through up to now, then we're grateful for that experience and make it a provision to start today and the next.
The human life cycle consists of many things starting from us being born, growing up, then we meet the person we love, but then that person suddenly leaves our life. Then after that we meet again with people, after that we stare at a house, build a family, until we finally pass away. It's not a cycle we can avoid. We then raise this topic in the series "Life Cycle" as a representation of humans themselves and from birth to death.
In the middle we get lessons and meanings that are equally beautiful. The essence of each episode of birth, we tell that when we experience adversity sometimes we find new hopes that we find new hopes that we can find and create a new birth for ourselves.
The story that we take his friend is very simple but we try to lift it from a side that is rarely discussed. like discussing friendship, sometimes there are things from friendship that make us feel down or maybe the people closest to us have deeper mental health issues that maybe there are people closest to us who have mental health issues. we want to invite friends to look at mental health issues more deeply that maybe there are people closest to us or even ourselves need help. What needs to be done is to help by understanding more deeply that the people around us need help. Its okay to seek help and help each other. We hope that this series will become a spark for discussion, that mental health issues or perhaps taboos such as abortion or other topics are usually discussed in the public sphere. So that people can open up to each other, so that we can connect with each other with a meaningful connection.
Life is indeed a race but it depends on how we put ur. Some people see it as a competition between them and someone else. I see it as me versus me and it has been helping me to do well in life
