Good evening to all of us 😊 This are the products from the Philippines. Vinegar from Nepa tree, bagoong and Patis from tiny fish called dilis if I'm not mistaken. Those bagoong and Patis are yummy sauce for pilipinos but yucky for the other culture😆 Bagoong and Patis is good dipping sauce when it is combined with calamansi and chilli. Hmm Yummylicious 🤤🍽️ More rice please... I have also the other product from Nepa leaves. We call it here in pangasinan as " pinaor" Which is used for roofing. You see it mostly in "bahay Kubo" house. I actually wanted to put a small shed in my garden using the pinaor. . All products are made from natural resources so we need to protect our nature. Good night 😘

Bagoong and Patis are good in sour fruit like Mango. But when mixing it with calamansi, it's nice for fried fish.☺️🍽️
