You are not the only one who facing problems
I was talking with my this afternoon that a person should control his temper and remain calm and cool in every situation, irrespective of how worse circumstances are looks like. So far in my life, I was expecting the next would be better, and after tomorrow, the real realization was that the day I spent was more happier for me.
The issue is trouble in our life. And the more important one is how we influence by those hard days. Everyone has different potential, not everyone can withstand the level of pressure as we all have different capacities. You may think that everyone has problems in their lives so what's new? Yes, I agree with that- But everyone has a different level of thinking, atmosphere, and mindset.
For example, 20 students are listening to a lecture in a class, the instructor is the same. But the listening capacity of every student would be different. Same way every person that problems in his or her life differently. I have seen some people remain unaffected at all even in severe circumstances like losing a close one.
It's actually the approach that makes problems less severe. Probably those people known that everything is momentary not know what will happen even after some seconds. So, there is no point to worry about problems in life. Remember, there is a difference between being responsible and being a chilled person. A chill person does not care about anything on the other hand a responsible person is concerned about even minor issues.
There are two types of responsible person, one stay calm and try to resolve issues because one know, there is no option but rather accept and resolve them. On the hand, some people are responsible too but at some point, they lost their temper. Even if they don't know why they are doing so, yes they also know that it',s time to accept that issue. But somehow they made it in such a way and can't control their temperament.
Problems are neither small nor big it's up to us how we handle them. Almost every person is going through issues rightly in the current scenario but different people take those issues differently. Some people remain unruffled and some take it seriously. It's your own choice on which you are focusing either positively or negatively.
Closing thoughts:
Life is a journey of include good and bad days, and sometimes worse days. Take things lightly and don't suffer yourself. It's actions that help you to seek out problems, not stress or anxiety. To suffer mentally will drain your energy only and nothing useful will happen. So it's would be a better choice to stay calm and seek possible methods to resolve issues. Don't worry about things be happy and live every moment of life with heart and soul.
