I felt disheartened seldom and began to lose interest in all things slowly. Because circumstances became worse even suicidal feelings arise. In this case there most important step I used to take calming myself. Though it is not easy trying to overcome it is the only solution.

Find out the route case

The first step I take find the reason behind why I am feeling unstable mentally. On deep analysis came to know there is no point in worrying as much as I am involved in it. Try out all the possible ways to seek out that issue that has an impact on your mental health.

If not able to get a solution, then some decision is left to Allah Almighty as most of the things in our life are already planned/written.

Leave that place for sometime

The place where it is difficult to survive for you better leave that place for some time and go some else so you can get rid of this situation for some time. Later with time situation automatically begin to resolve. As our brains already working to find out the solution.

Distract your focus

Let your brain think about something else rather than continuously focus on that pain point. This is the best way to relax your brain simply don't think about that topic and put your attention on something else. After some time you will feel energetic/relaxed. But if you try to solve the issue on the spot probably you will feel further headaches.

Smile

Smile is the best and simplest way to calm your nerves. When a person smiles the whole body feels like no weight on the body, smiling releases dopamine in our i.e the hormone of happiness released in the body when we feel happy.

Do something you like to do

In tense situations don't overload your brain with the things you don't like to do happily. Instead of dragging yourself into such a situation do something that you love to do writing, sketching, or whatever that makes you happy either a hobby or a game.

Write down the issue

Most of the issues of our lives are resolved just by writing them on paper. By writing a problem our perception of the issue starts changing and we begin to find the possible solution to that problem. Someone even said that your half issues will be solved just by writing them a paper.

Closing thoughts

Life is precious in bad days of life negative thoughts come into our mind but remember that every problem has a solution. Ups and downs are normal you should have to be strong mentally so you can survive any type of painful situation.
