Our Habits Decide Our Future

Habits are the continuous repeatability of the same thing again and again. With continuous repetition, it became a part of our personality no matter either it's bad or good. And our future is decided by these habits.

We are not what we want to achieve but what we are doing right. We decide on the future long-term goal but not the process. The small steps we take daily decide our destiny. Our accomplishments are the last step and but our habits decide our future.

It's a long process we feel demotivated. We, humans want to see major changes. But in the revolution, each small step plays its role but we can able to analyze this growth because it is too minor to observe.

We all are humans same physiological and physical abilities but work differently in different places. The habits that we adopt in our daily life put a direct impact on our future. Our financial conditions after 5-years depend upon our habits of utilizing money right now. Same why health depends on what we are prioritizing currently. The diet plan, workout routine, exercise, etc.

Everyone wants a bright future and will try to get rid of bad habits and adopt good habits but the point is how it will work. According to James clear: The author of Atomic Habits: If you want to adopt a habit

Make it obvious

Notice what you want to be in your personality. It is the first step i.e awareness of the habit. Which is fruitful for your future.

Make it attractive

By adopting this habit my personality will groom. I will look more adorable while communicating. Tell yourself the positive side of that habit.

Make it Necessary

We don't want to achieve unnecessary goals. There is logic or emotion behind every implication. You should aware of what you adopting that habit and how necessary it is for your personal development.

Make it satisfying

By adopting this habit you will be satisfied with your body language. Tell your Subconscious mind you will feel relaxed mentally. When this habit will become a part of your life.

Same way if you want to remove a habit from your personality rules are exactly opposite

  • Make is invisible

  • Make it unattractive

  • Make it unnecessary

  • Make it unsatisfying

Empire is built with small changes daily instead of large at once. Suppose you tried hard a day in the week and were tired of the remaining 6-days wasted. A consistently small change in adopting a good habit in 365-days will give huge results.

Closing thoughts

It is not easy to get rid of bad habits. But with continuous small efforts will eliminate it from the personality. It is important to change with time and peel off negative habits and adopt good ones for a better future.
