Manage Your Energy and Time wisely
The Age of 18-25 is so critical as this is the time you either can build yourself or destroy yourself. At this age, you are energetic, have enough time, and are healthy. But the matter is to choose the right! It is not as easy to say some like 'don't get distracted and be on the tract'. Do you know whether you choose the right way for yourself or the wrong one the calories of the same quality would burn? If you are on the right track outcomes will be beneficial for you in remaining whole life but if the path is not right life is not as good as you assumed.
Time management and the utilization of energy on the right path is a skill that everyone can learn and compulsory for life. Let's discuss how you can be on track.
Learn to stay no
Yep! sometimes it's better to say no to some people who continuously and only suck your blood. It's better to say no! Yes, it is not easy at the start but not much difficult as assumed. What will happen maximum those people will cut you off? Let them do if so. Because you save wasting your energy on non-productive activities.
Time and energy are both conserved let them utilize to complete a productive task.
Set Small Goals
Human has the nature to complete the task just before submission. The syllabus starts pilling and in mind, only one thing is circulating that the syllabus is too short to do. Let it increase more. You should ask yourself that if the syllabus is not as much why shouldn't I complete it now? In this way, you can develop and habit to complete the work daily.
If you are reading a book and assuming difficult to read at once. Set small goals like reading a chapter daily. If a chapter is more read a paragraph. But stay consistent
Hustling towards your career
At this young age, you will watch people focusing on finding their life partner rather to find out their hidden talent. You can't afford to make that mistake. A life partner is the last step after achieving a level. The first step should be to build yourself.
Let's suppose you tried hard to find your partner on your continuous insistence and efforts of precious time. What next? You are not stable financially to manage basic needs and as a result, daily fights on a small topic both of you will be unhappy. So, it's better to build yourself currently.
Meditates daily
I read somewhere on the internet that if you want to think clearly, meditate daily. This will enhance our brain's efficiency to think logically. Yoga is an effective technique for meditation. 10-15 minutes of meditation daily will keep you energetic the whole day, you will radiate positive vibes.
It's your body, takes a lot of work daily, and deserves some relaxation Meditation is the best way to relax and calm your body.
Make reading habit
Through reading, you can understand this world. A book is a summary of someone's whole life in which the author shares his life experiences (good and bad ) and how can a reader take a lesson. I started reading motivational books by great authors around half a year ago and I felt positive changes in my personality.
You can't experience 70-80 years to learn from others' mistakes but you can learn from others and don't repeat those mistakes.
